1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AgentStack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AgentStack.

2. Anti-Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud or Scams: Any attempt to defraud AgentStack, its users, or third parties
• Fake Accounts: Creating accounts with false information or impersonating others
• Deceptive Practices: Misrepresenting your identity, business, or intentions
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or chargebacks
• Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Malicious Activity: Distributing malware, viruses, or engaging in hacking
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or conduct illegal financial transactions
• Violation of Laws: Any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws

3. Account Termination and Enforcement

AgentStack reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate any account involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity
• Suspend access pending investigation of suspected violations
• Report violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and government authorities
• Preserve evidence of violations for legal proceedings and investigations
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement, including providing user data, communications, and activity logs
• Pursue legal action including civil lawsuits and criminal prosecution
• Ban individuals permanently from accessing or using the platform

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms of Service.

4. Cooperation with Investigations

AgentStack reserves the right to cooperate with:

• Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
• Department of Justice (DOJ)
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
• State and local law enforcement agencies
• Financial regulatory authorities
• International law enforcement agencies
• Civil litigants with valid subpoenas or court orders

We will provide any and all information requested by law enforcement or regulatory agencies investigating potential violations of law, including but not limited to account information, payment data, usage logs, communications, and IP addresses.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of AgentStack, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity you encounter
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AgentStack, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of AgentStack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentStack disclaims all warranties, express or implied. AgentStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentStack, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

AgentStack reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Utah.
