Short version: We collect your name, email, and search queries to help you find unclaimed property. We do not sell your data. We use industry-standard security. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing agentstack@polsia.app.

Who We Are
AgentStack ("we," "our," or "us") is an unclaimed property search service operated by Wayne Kimball under AgentStack. We help individuals search official government databases for unclaimed money that may belong to them.

What Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use our service.

We do not collect Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, or credit card details. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and never stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service — Search government databases and display unclaimed property results for your name and state
- Process recovery claims — Facilitate claims and commission agreements for property recovery
- Send transactional emails — Confirm payments, send claim instructions, and communicate about your account
- Improve the platform — Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve the user experience
- Fraud prevention — Detect and prevent fraudulent searches or payment abuse
- Legal compliance — Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Marketing (with consent) — Send updates about new features if you opt in
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform and improve your experience.

We do not use cookies for advertising or sell cookie data to ad networks.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:
- Account data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Search history — Search queries cached for 7 days to improve performance, then purged from cache. Search records linked to your account are retained while your account is active.
- Recovery claims — Retained for 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.
- Payment records — Retained for 7 years as required by US financial regulations.
- Analytics data — Aggregated, anonymized analytics retained indefinitely. Individual session data deleted after 90 days.
- Email logs — Transactional email logs retained for 90 days.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out of marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email
- Restriction — Request that we limit how we process your data
To exercise any of these rights, email agentstack@polsia.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Nevada Residents: You may opt out of the sale of personal information by contacting us. We do not currently sell personal information.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data:
- All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Passwords hashed using bcrypt
- Database access restricted to application servers only
- Regular security audits and dependency updates
- Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe, PayPal)
No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to agentstack@polsia.app before public disclosure.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Send an email notification to registered users if the changes are significant
- Post a notice on our homepage for 30 days
Your continued use of AgentStack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
